Generous and excellent breakfast with pancakes for the start of the day. The rooms with bathroom. Amazing location in a quiet area close to the Gergeti church and the mountains and Kazbegi for the views and breakfast and the main square...

We didn't have time, so we would like to go back there again. The personnel was helpful and affable. A bus stop walk from the hotel, it was an extra bonus.

We really enjoyed this small hotel. the room they gave us was newly decorated and neat. the breakfast was generous and excellent, just what we needed. the location was magnificent, close to the center, shops, restaurants, Gergeti church, and the mountains. It's very close to the bus station.

The stay at this guesthouse was mind-blowing! Rooms were super warm in chilly March and the views were jaw-dropping. The hosts showed extra care and hospitality in the low season. Will be back for sure!

This guesthouse is amazing! the rooms are modern and comfortable with all the amenities you need. the common room has a stunning glass wall that offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. I particularly loved spending evenings on the terrace, enjoying the sun and the beautiful scenery. the owners were extremely helpful and friendly, serving us a delicious breakfast and even offering the option to purchase wine and chacha. the location is also perfect, being close to the main road in the village.

That the room was a bit cold and the heating didn't work properly. the shower in the bathroom was also broken.

The brand-new rooms were modern and clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. The fabulous view of the mountain added to the experience. The guesthouse's location was very convenient, within easy walking distance of Gergeti Glacier.

We were so happy in the evenings - when we returned from the mountains and could sit in a warm, well-designed veranda with gorgeous views. The interior was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owner was friendly and not intrusive. I highly recommend this place.

The location of this guesthouse is fantastic, as it is very close to the bus station, yet surprisingly quiet at night. you can enjoy the peacefulness of the garden while staying here.

Clean rooms, quiet neighborhood, nice host. Near restaurants in Kazbegi. Excellent view, veranda has mountain view. Common coffee and tea room. Will return!
